One week since my last party for a while (due to COVID-19), the breathtaking "slumber party at Adelina's enchanted forest". What a beautiful & fun party it was! It could not have turned out different - Adelina's mommy, an inside & out GORGEOUS woman, made me to feel "at home" since our very first phone call. This makes always a good difference!

I was very excited when I heard her ideas and chosen theme: Enchanted Forest, a slumber party for the family and friends. We worked closely and designed a lovely & fun party filled with beautiful details. 

The guests were welcomed by our beautiful wooden number ONE filled with balloons as they entered the party room. There was the cake & sweets table as well as the guests tables – kids and adults.

I am always proud to say that every party is unique, personal customized according to the theme and client's wishes and expectations. Also, all custom treats are specially designed to each client and in accordance to the party theme/décor. For Adelina’s party I designed four types of personalized treats: chocolate lollipops and three different styles of carrot cakes. One was the carrot cake on a stick; next was a mini cake with clear domes covering the "fairy garden"; and a tall fairy house. They were all delightful & very cute!

We also had the popular Brazilian chocolate caramels, called "brigadeiros". If you know me, you know that the guests will always find the “ brigadeiros” in my parties. Everyone loves them. 

The kids table also turned to be gorgeous and so much fun! We had themed personalized plates, napkins, chocolate milk bottles and s'mores sets. Since that table was also for entertainment, we had paint your own themed cookies  (woodland animals. My favorite was the fox!) & personalized painting sets - a beautiful personalized favor box including a brush, a canvas, 3 types of washable paints and a painting palette. Super cute! Oh, I need to mention that each of the beautiful chairs -- from Capital Party Rentals - had either a butterfly wing (for the girls) or a wooden sword (for the boys) hanging. It actually added some charm to the decor!

The day was absolutely gorgeous, the guests enjoyed some nice fresh air and the kids had a great time with the outdoor entertainments: Astro Jump brought a fun princess moon bounce (the birthday girl's sisters were thrilled). There were also plenty of chalks, bubbles and fun at the playground.

The amazing & very talented Faces by Janet  joined us to face paint the little ones faces. It was an absolute success! Janet will from now on be working with us to bring some fun to our events. Check out her work. We are blessed and excited to have her on board! Is there anything more pleasurable than seeing those cute little faces with a big smile on? 

Erica Wilcox, the extremely talented photographer did (as always) an amazing work capturing the 'Sweet Memories' and at this time, together, we set up a "smash the cake" area. One of my favorites parts of the day (if not, the top favorite!) was to watch sweet Adelina smashing her cake in the presence of her family and a few friends. 

After a fun filled day, the guests enjoyed the nice & fun teepees! How nice is that?

Here at Sweet Memories, our goal is always to be able to provide the mommy & family a worry free day and this was a perfect example of what we are striving to deliver to our clients. 

The entire process of planning and designing this special event was so much fun and It turned out to be a dream day. One of the most beautiful events I have done so far! The client and guests loved and enjoyed the results and that is what it all matters to me! It really fills my heart with joy to hear how much they liked the experience.

Uma semana desde a minha última festa (e assim será por um tempo devido ao COVID-19), a deslumbrante festa do pijama na floresta encantada da Adelina. Que festa linda e divertida! Ficou um sonho!

Não poderia ter sido diferente - a mãe de Adelina (uma das mulheres mais lindas, por dentro e por fora, que ja conheci) me fez sentir "em casa" desde o nosso primeiro telefonema. Isso sempre faz uma grande diferença!

Fiquei muito empolgada quando ouvi suas idéias e escolhi o tema: Floresta Encantada, uma festa do pijama para a família e amigos. Trabalhamos juntas e criamos uma festa adorável e divertida, repleta de detalhes lindos.

Ao entrarem no salão de festas, os convidados foram recebidos pelo nosso belo “número UM”, feito de balões. Havia uma mesa de bolos e doces, bem como mesas de convidados - crianças e adultos.

Tenho orgulho em dizer que todos os detalhes são sempre pensados de forma personalizada trazendo ao cliente uma festa unica. Os doces modelados (personalizados) tambem sao criados especialmente para cada cliente/festa, de acordo com o tema e decoração. Para a festa da Adelina, desenvolvi quatro tipos de doces personalizados: pirulitos de chocolate e três estilos diferentes de bolos de cenoura - o primeiro no palito, seguido por um minibolo em cúpulas transparentes que cobriam o jardim das fadas e o último a casa alta, também típica das fadas. Todos estavam deliciosos e muito fofos!

Também tivemos os populares brigadeiros. Se você me conhece, sabe que os convidados sempre os encontrarão nas minhas festas, afinal, todo mundo ama brigadeiros.

A mesa para crianças também ficou deslumbrante e muito divertida! Tivemos conjuntos personalizados de pratos & guardanapos (o cogumelo mais fofo!), garrafinhas de leite com chocolate e s'mores, um tradicional quitute americano feito de bolachinhas, marshallow e chocolate, tipicamente consumido em volta das fogueiras em acampamentos. Como essa mesa também era para entretenimento, cada um pintava seus próprios biscoitos temáticos. Como lembrancinha, escolhemos sacolinhas lindas e personalizadas com conjuntos de pintura que incluiam um pincel, uma tela, três tipos de tintas laváveis ​​e uma paleta de pintura. Super fofo! Nao poderia deixar de mencionar as asas de borboleta (para meninas) e as espadas de madeira (para os meninos) penduradas nas lindas cadeiras. Trouxe um charme especial para a decoracao.

O dia estava absolutamente lindo, os convidados desfrutaram de um clima fresco muito agradável e as crianças aproveitaram muito as atividades ao ar livre, dentre elas um divertidíssimo castelo de princesas inflável trazido pela empresa Astro Jump. As irmãs da aniversariante ficaram emocionadas ao vê-lo. Havia também muitos giz, bolhas e alegria no playground.

Contamos também com a maravilhosa e talentosa “Faces by Janet” que se juntou a nós para pintar os rostos dos pequenos. Foi um sucesso absoluto! A partir de agora, Janet irá trabalhar conosco para levar ainda mais diversão aos nossos eventos. Confira o trabalho dela. Me sinto abençoada e estou animada por tê-la a bordo.

Erica Wilcox, a fotografa mais talentosa e querida fez (como sempre) um maravilhoso trabalho capturando as 'Sweet Memories' e desta vez, juntas, criamos uma area muito fofa para a linda Adelina " esmagar" o lindo bolinho pela primeira vez. Assistir a Adelina aproveitar seu bolo juntamente com sua familia e amigos, foi definitivamente uma de minhas partes favoritas do dia.

Depois de um dia cheio de diversão, os convidados curtiram as relaxantes ​​e divertidas tendas. Nao foi uma festa fantastica? 

Nosso objetivo é sempre poder proporcionar um dia sem preocupações para a mamãe e família, e esse foi um exemplo perfeito do que estamos nos esforçando para oferecer.

Todo o processo de planejamento e criação deste evento tão especial foi muito prazeroso e o resultado foi como um sonho. Um dos eventos mais bonitos que já fiz até agora! A cliente e seus convidados ficaram extremamente satisfeitos e amaram o resultado e isso e o mais importante para mim. Enche meu coracao de alegria ouvir o quanto eles aproveitaram a experiencia!
